We collect and process your curriculum vitae and\/or cover letter and\/or other information provided by you (employer, email address, date of birth, address, education, surname, phone number, name, desired position, date of CV receipt, personal characteristics, work experience: last employer, length of service, positions held, other work experience, foreign language proficiency: language, reading, writing, speaking levels, ability to use computer programs, other data and motives, desired salary) and\/or other information provided by you during the selection process for the purpose of conducting the recruitment on the basis of your consent, which you express by sending your CV and\/or cover letter to the Data Controller. If you do not submit your CV and\/or cover letter, we will not be able to assess your suitability for the offered position.<\/span><\/p>

Ensuring the safety of employees, clients and property (video surveillance)<\/b><\/p>

In pursuance of its legitimate interest to ensure the safety of the Data Controller's employees, clients and other persons in the video surveillance area, as well as for the purpose of ensuring property protection (video surveillance), the Data Controller processes video data of its employees, clients and other persons in the video surveillance area to ensure their and property safety. The Data Subject's video data is recorded by the Data Controller's video surveillance equipment when visiting the Data Controller's premises.<\/span><\/p>

Ensuring proper service provision to clients (call recording)<\/b><\/p>

To ensure the proper quality of services provided by the Data Controller, as well as for the purpose of evaluating service quality, calls may be recorded, informing the Data Subject in advance and obtaining their consent. In addition to the audio recording of the call itself, the following metadata of telephone call recordings is also processed: the caller's telephone number, date, duration of the call, and start and end time.<\/span><\/p>

Execution of contracts of the Data Controller with legal entities<\/b><\/p>

In pursuance of its legitimate interest to ensure the execution of the Data Controller's contracts concluded with counterparties who are legal entities, the Data Controller processes personal data of the employees of such entities, i.e. name, surname, email address, phone number, content of correspondence. This data is stored for the duration of the contract with the counterparty and for 4 (four) years after its expiry.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Correspondence is stored for 3 (three) years from the date of receipt of the message, except for information for which other retention periods are set in the Privacy Policy or legislation.<\/span><\/p>
