What is the Privacy Policy?
In this privacy policy (hereinafter – Privacy Policy), we provide you with information about how UAB „Fabrica Dentis“ (hereinafter – Data Controller), processes your personal data received:
– when purchasing goods or services from the Data Controller;
– when the Data Controller is carrying out direct marketing;
– when you participate in the Data Controller's selections;
– when ensuring the safety of employees, clients and property (video surveillance);
– when concluding and executing contracts concluded between the Data Controller and counterparties – legal entities;
– when you visit the website https://www.fabricadentis.lt (toliau – Interneto svetainė);
– when you perform active actions on the Data Controller's social media accounts. Hereinafter, all mentioned persons whose data is processed by the Data Controller are referred to as Data Subjects.
Data Controller
The Data Controller is UAB „Fabrica Dentis“, legal entity code 181682983, registered at Žygio g. 91-62, 08234 Vilnius, company data is collected and stored in the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania.
What is personal data?
Personal data is any information collected by the Data Controller about the Data Subject, which can be used to identify the Data Subject and is stored electronically or by other means. Personal data includes any information, including the Data Subject's name, surname, address, which the Data Controller or Joint Controller collects about Data Subjects for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy or in a separate Data Subject's consent or agreement with the Data Controller.

The data listed above is mandatory; if not provided, the Data Controller will not be able to properly perform the contract.
Direct marketing
For persons aged 14 and over who have provided their contact details and expressed a desire to receive information about the services offered by the Data Controller, we will send offers regarding the provision of the Data Controller's services, newsletters and other promotional materials, ask for opinions, and inform about the Data Controller's news via electronic communication means (email, phone, SMS messages).

Participation in selections
We collect and process your curriculum vitae and/or cover letter and/or other information provided by you (employer, email address, date of birth, address, education, surname, phone number, name, desired position, date of CV receipt, personal characteristics, work experience: last employer, length of service, positions held, other work experience, foreign language proficiency: language, reading, writing, speaking levels, ability to use computer programs, other data and motives, desired salary) and/or other information provided by you during the selection process for the purpose of conducting the recruitment on the basis of your consent, which you express by sending your CV and/or cover letter to the Data Controller. If you do not submit your CV and/or cover letter, we will not be able to assess your suitability for the offered position.
In the event that you do not give your separate consent to process your personal data after this recruitment, we undertake to delete and/or destroy your personal data within 12 months from the receipt of your CV.
Ensuring the safety of employees, clients and property (video surveillance)
In pursuance of its legitimate interest to ensure the safety of the Data Controller's employees, clients and other persons in the video surveillance area, as well as for the purpose of ensuring property protection (video surveillance), the Data Controller processes video data of its employees, clients and other persons in the video surveillance area to ensure their and property safety. The Data Subject's video data is recorded by the Data Controller's video surveillance equipment when visiting the Data Controller's premises.
Ensuring proper service provision to clients (call recording)
To ensure the proper quality of services provided by the Data Controller, as well as for the purpose of evaluating service quality, calls may be recorded, informing the Data Subject in advance and obtaining their consent. In addition to the audio recording of the call itself, the following metadata of telephone call recordings is also processed: the caller's telephone number, date, duration of the call, and start and end time.
Execution of contracts of the Data Controller with legal entities
In pursuance of its legitimate interest to ensure the execution of the Data Controller's contracts concluded with counterparties who are legal entities, the Data Controller processes personal data of the employees of such entities, i.e. name, surname, email address, phone number, content of correspondence. This data is stored for the duration of the contract with the counterparty and for 4 (four) years after its expiry.
Contact and contact forms
If you contact us, we may process the data you provide to us, i.e. name, surname, email address, phone number, date and correspondence text.
Such data will be processed to prepare for the execution of the contract or to answer your questions. If you do not provide your contact details, it will not be possible to contact you.
Correspondence is stored for 3 (three) years from the date of receipt of the message, except for information for which other retention periods are set in the Privacy Policy or legislation.
All personal data you provide when communicating with us is used only for the purposes mentioned above and for reviewing messages and administering and managing communication flows. We undertake not to use your personal data in public in a way that would allow identification of your identity without your explicit consent.
Please note that we may need to contact you by post, email or telephone. Please inform us of any changes to your personal data.
Social media
Information you provide to us through social media (including messages, use of "Like" and "Follow" buttons, and other communication) is controlled by the social network administrator.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legislation. When processing your personal data, we implement organisational and technical measures that ensure the protection of personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, as well as against any other unlawful processing.
Your rights
In this section, we provide information about your rights related to our processing of your personal data, and the circumstances in which you may exercise these rights. The Data Controller will, without undue delay and no later than 1 (one) month from receipt of the request, provide you with information about the actions taken upon receipt of your request regarding the exercise of your rights. Depending on the complexity of the request and the number of requests received, the said period may be extended by a further 2 (two) months. In such a case, we will inform you within 1 (one) month of receipt of the request about such extension of the deadline and the reasons for it. The Data Controller will refuse to implement your rights only in cases provided for by legislation.
Right to withdraw consentIf you have provided us with explicit consent to the processing of your data, you may withdraw it at any time.
Right to access your personal data. We want you to fully understand how we use your personal data so that you do not experience any inconvenience. You may contact us at any time to enquire whether we process any of your personal data. If we store or use your personal data in any way, you have the right to access it. To do so, please submit a written request to the address specified in this Privacy Policy, confirm your identity; and when making such a request, act in good faith and reasonably.
Right to request more information. Covering all possible ways of collecting and using personal data is very complex. We strive to provide the clearest and most comprehensive information possible and undertake to update this Privacy Policy when the personal data processing procedure changes. Additional rights
Below we provide information about the additional rights you have, which you may exercise following the procedure described below. (a) You have the right to ask us to correct any inaccuracies in the data we hold. In such a case, we may ask you to confirm the corrected information.
Right to ask us to delete your personal data. This right is exercised in the cases provided for in Article 17 of the Regulation.
Right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data or not to process it:
– for the period required to verify the accuracy of your personal data when you raise objections regarding the accuracy of the data;
– when our collection, storage or use of your personal data is unlawful, but you decide not to request deletion of the data;
– when your personal data is no longer needed by us, but you need it to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim;
– for the period necessary to determine whether we have more compelling legal grounds to continue processing your personal data, if you have exercised your right to object to the processing of personal data.
Right to the portability of data processed by automated means and received from you on the basis of your consent or the conclusion or performance of a contract. Upon your exercise of this right, at your request we will transfer a copy of the data you have submitted.

Complaints
If you believe that your rights as a Data Subject have been and/or may be violated, please contact us immediately at the email address provided in this Privacy Policy. We undertake that upon receipt of your complaint, we will contact you within a reasonable period of time and inform you of the progress of the complaint investigation and subsequently of the result.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the investigation, you may submit a complaint to the supervisory authority – the State Data Protection Inspectorate (www.vdai.lrv.lt).
Liability
You are responsible for the confidentiality of the data you provide as well as for ensuring that the data you provide to us is accurate, correct and complete. If the data you have provided changes, you must immediately notify us by email or telephone. We shall under no circumstances be liable for any damage caused to you as a result of you providing incorrect or incomplete personal data or failing to notify us of changes to them.
Privacy policy changes
We may update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Such updated or amended Privacy Policy will take effect from the date of its publication on our Website. You should check it periodically to ensure you are satisfied with the current version of the Privacy Policy.
